You just need to add this at the end of the .htaccess file under the /web on your FTP:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^[^.]*.[^.]*$
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R,L]
